Frequently asked questions

How do I find an MTB ride near me?

Choose your region, then the month, in the filters: the list keeps only the events in that area. Each card gives the starting town and department.

How do I add an MTB ride to the calendar?

Fill in the Add an event form: it is free, needs no account, and the event is published after review within 48 hours.

Where do I sign up?

On the organiser’s website, linked from each event. GPX Path does not handle entries.

Can I download the event’s GPX route?

The official route belongs to the organiser. Under each event, we list GPX Path’s free GPX tracks starting from the same town, to scout the terrain.

Where do these events come from?

From tourist offices and departmental committees, through DATAtourisme, the French national tourism data platform (Licence Ouverte), and from organisers who add them themselves. Courses, workshops and side events are left out, and duplicates merged.

Source: DATAtourisme, the French national tourism data platform (tourist offices and departmental committees), Licence Ouverte 2.0, export of 29 October 2026, and events added by their organisers. Check dates and details with the organiser before you travel.
